Fattoush is a Lebanese salad made up of vegetables and pieces of crunchy toasted pita bread. This is a nice colorful salad with cucumber, tomato., lettuce, radish and spring onions.

The concentration is more in the herbs which are the hero of this dish. Quite a unique recipe.
