The byline says "You are sure to enjoy this creamy vegetable"....yes I really enjoyed the green,creamy,spicy,bhopali style vegetable,the best was the crunch of cashewnuts in every bite.I added chopped cashewnuts instead of whole.

Love the spicy green paste of green chillies, garlic and coriander which blend and coat the mixed vegetables well.
