Stir-fries are one category that you will enjoy making as much as you will love eating it. The flair with which the ingredients are tossed and the aroma that arises when myriad ingredients are cooked together are just awesome. In a stir-fry the veggies, sprouts and other ingredients are only moderately cooked, such that they retain their original texture and flavour.
