In any meal, the main course comprises the most filling and important part of the meal. The main course is served after the starters or snacks and is followed by the dessert. You can even enhance the taste by adding various spices, beetroot/ palak puree or sometimes using different flours and leafy vegetables to make delights like Masala Puris Served with Curds and Chunda a common breakfast in Gujarati households. You can even omit the tadka if u do not want any oil in it.
this saar reduces acidity & increases appetite.
u can drink it or mix with rice & eat it.
as it is used as a remedy for acidity do not add green chilli.
if u want to use it as an appetizer then grind one chilly along with garli ....

Tip of the day

1.if onion is in more quantity then cook it in a dry pan you will see in few min. it will become brown.
2.the other way is if you fry more quantity of onion in oil then put ½ spoon salt water & it starts becoming brown & it makes the onion cook early.
