Kadhai recipes





One of the most common of cooking utensils, found in almost every home, the kadhai is a thick, round-bottomed pan, which is medium deep. It is used for sautéing and deep-frying, and is indispensable in the preparation of subzis. Kadhai Vegetables and Kadhai Paneer are amongst the most famous subzis at restaurants and they steal your heart with their spicy flavour and rich texture.
