CHOCOLATE GLACE ICING
Preparation Time : 5 min.
Makes 3/4 teacup.
Method

Sieve the icing sugar and gradually add hot water (approx. 2 tablespoons). Alternatively, mix the sugar and water in a saucepan and gently heat for 1 minute.

Add the cocoa powder, chocolate powder and then beat in the butter.
