Ingredients
200 grams cumin seeds
60 grams coriander seeds
50 grams cardamom
40 grams peppercorns
30 grams green cardamom
30 grams ginger
20 grams cinnamon
20 grams cloves
20 grams mace (javatri)
15 grams bay leaves
2 nutmegs
salt to taste
Method
1.

Warm all the ingredients lightly and make a fine powder or pound them.

Tips
This masala can be used in all vegetables.
