Makhani Roti ( Mughlai Khana) by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed November 06, 2014 by Dhwani Gandhi

Its slightly different from the regular rotis we have.. The pepper gives a light taste to the rotis and makes it more delightful.. It is also very very soft because of the butter.. So its important to use butter.. Dont try to replace it with oil or ghee..

I love fruits....and loved your idea of topping them with vanilla cream and present it as a healthy dessert. I am sure strawberries when in season will also taste good.

Jacket Potatoes with Broccoli and Red Pepper by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed November 04, 2014 by n_katira

this is true example that when potatoes are not deep fired they can be a bit healthy. the potato skin are a good source of folic acid while capsicum and broccoli provide enough calcium and vitamin C. All these nutrients together work to get a glowing skin and shiny hair. I also liked the idea of avoiding cheese and maida and using wheat flour for the stuffing.

Baked Samosa by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed November 04, 2014 by Tina Paripati

I tried it with a slight change and it turned out great. The little change was that I did not cook the cha patios on tava. Instead I directly made samosas of rolled chapatis, brushed them with olive oil and baked them in the oven till golden brown. It was very crispy and of course healthy too :)
