Cauliflower, Methi and Carrot in White Gravy by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed October 07, 2014 by n_katira

A sneak way of making white gravy with onion and low fat milk.... So health without the unnecessary wealth of fat from cashews which usually goes in making the white gravy...also the oil used is very less in this subzi. So cent percent marks to this subzi...

Broccoli and Zucchini in Red Capsicum Gravy by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed October 07, 2014 by n_katira

A very unusual gravy but tastes awesome!! The veggies in the red capsicum gravy are also exotic, so would say this is truly a party fare - the healthy way with loads of nutrients.

Gavarfali ki Subzi ( Healthy Subzi) by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed October 07, 2014 by n_katira

A nice way to add calcium and protein rich curds to fibre rich cluster beans. I liked this twist to the gavarfali rather than the sukhi gavarfali we usually make.
