It's difficult to avoid papad..so instead of deep frying lets make it healthier by roasting the papads...adding green paste and coriander, onion and tomatoes...amazing!

Crumbly paneer gives that nice mouthfeel to the soup...addition of Calcium rich minus fat paneer to Vitamin A rich spinach soup makes a perfect meal!

Famous Maharastrian recipe made healthy by adding fenugreek leaves...made in very little oil and sugar has been replaced by jaggery which gives equally grt taste...

Many people don't know benefits of cauliflower greens and also how to use them in recipes..Cauliflower is one of the richest source of iron and so I tried this recipe and it really came out well….I make this recipe quite often…make sure to serve it immediately or else they turn little hard..

Garlic paste is like a major ingredient of this recipe….what flavour and aroma it gives!!.....Great combination of spinach, matki sprouts and yes!! Garlic!!...This tikki is loaded with nutrients like iron, Vitamin and fibre….

Amazing dainty pizzas….made healthy by using low-fat paneer, Vitamin A rich basil and omega-3 fatty acid rich walnuts…baked to perfection!....capsicum gives that crunch to the recipe…

Whole grain like bajra used to make uttapas….soaking and cooking of bajra properly is very important or else you may get a raw taste….whole grains are always better than the processed one's as their fibre is intact.

I love having deep-fried Masala Vadai…..but I tried making this low cal snack recipe and added dill leaves…it really gave that freshness to the vadai…along with some iron which helps to build up hemoglobin levels…
