Curd Cheese Dip by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed January 12, 2015 by Foodie #618511

Wow thanks for this wonderful reicpe. Most of the dips are high in calories and with lots of cheese and cream.. But this is something different. The hung curds with this crunchy veggies makes it a super duper dip. I cant stop having this, but more satisfaction is that it is healthy..

Corn Stuffed Potato ( Low Calorie Healthy Cooking ) by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed January 12, 2015 by Foodie #618511

It is a great recipe.. Actually there is nothing you wont like in this recipe. Corn and onion filling has a nice buttery taste. When stuffed and baked with cheese on the top, the savors blend really well into one another. Not so spicy, just perfect!

Suji Idli ( Low Calorie Healthy Cooking ) by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed January 12, 2015 by Foodie #618511

This idli is wonderful. Like the Rava dosas and the dhoklas, this one is also a great recipe.. The cashewnuts give a nice crunch to the soft and fluffy idlis. Along with the taste, the apperance is also so attractive. The tempering added to the idlis gives it an amazing look when cooked.
