Non-fried Dahi-wada in a apple mould !! Superb idea to sneak in a low-cal snack and yet benefit from the protein.

10 on 10 recipe...I liked the idea of reducing the use of kurmura and adding fibre rich oats and iron rich poha.... and the sukha chutney is just irresistible...

Delicious Paratha.. Something different from what we have always.. Tastes great when had any subzi.. Coriander powder lends a great to the recipe.

A wonderful bakedish.. Mixed vegetable in white sauce along with the spinach gravy over it makes a wonderful combination. The creamy white sauce and spinach gravy with onions have their unique taste and texture. However when baked with cheese on top, they blend really well. No so spicy yet not bland. Just perfect!

Rava Sheeraa!!who wouldn't like it.. And now an added flavour of pineapple?! I was pretty surprised and immediately tried it the next day..To my surprise it tasted too good..The fruity pineapple flavour was a perfect addition to this sheera.. This is a definite regular recipe in my cookbook from now on.

Anything roasted always gives that unique burnt taste which just tingles the taste buds..Made this for dinner 2 days back and it was perfect.The roasted red capsicum indeed having a very different taste.I will make this quite often...

Garlic and masoor dal a very good combination and making it into a soup makes it all the more tasty..I loved the garlic flavour in the soup..and the tomatoes give a little tangy flavour too.

Vitamin A rich, not so fat laden Carrot halwa stuffed in between healthy whole wheat pancakes were truly awesome to satisfy the sweet cravings during my pregnancy. Thanks a ton for this recipe.

A very healthy snack.. Those who love mushrooms can definitely try this..Plus the chilli flakes and oregano give a nice taste to this simple snack..Although I would add more of spice to it to make it more delectable.
