Very good combination of tangi orange juice, creamy vanilla ice-cream and muskmelon create very delightful drink... I like very much this smoothie. Must try everybody.

Flavourful stock which can be used in making many soup recipes...I made one Salsa Bean soup using this stock and made cutlets using leftover veggies...so no wastage!!

These bhakhris have a nery nice flavour of the jeera.. They are crisp and tastes best with potato subzi.. However it also tastes great with pickle..

It is one of my favourite recipe... Everyone who likes potato chips, will love this subzi.. Sesame seeds gives a very prominent and beautiful taste to the chips.. It is MUST TRY gujju recipe..

It is so light and tasty.. An easy and quick recipe which you can make it for breakfast or snack anytime.. It is little spicy but it is required to enhance the taste of the pancakes.. So soft and so good...

Although this dip is meant for kids, i loved this recipe.. It is so refreshing because of the curds, cucumber and mint.. I tried it with crackers and its super.. Once you start having it.. its becomes difficult to stop..

This paratha is made in a different style.. somewhat like a lachha paratha.. It is slightly difficult to roll.. but if you follow the exact proportion of the veggies, its not that difficult.. The spices provides flavour and veggies give a nice crunch..!

Nachni offers a significant and fab taste to the parathas.. Stuffing is an add-on.. It is a wonderful combination of the nachni paratha and the stuffing..
