Description
When raspberries come into season in late summer, it's time to transform them into tasty syrup for ice cream and many other things. Boil all ingredients together for 10 minutes. Filter through a flannel bag and let it cool off. Use syrup to mix fruit punches or add to iced teas.

To make at home, choose good quality - firm and fresh raspberry. Though it is available commercially bottled. Check on the manufacturing as well as expiry date to attain maximum freshness. Also, it is available with low sugar or no sugar, hence read the ingredients label carefully for choice.
