Make sure you buy pure coffee essence for use in baking and not chicory and coffee essence which only contains 4% coffee.The volatile coffee essence is developed in the bean during roasting. Coffee essence is extracted form the coffee material within an extracting device.

Always choose coffee in a well sealed packet or bottle. Never buy loose, as the flavour and aroma gets quickly lost. Confirm on purchasing date for fresh purchase.
