sweet potato salad.. this salad with a curd dressing was just a treat to the mouth.. It taste as if there was mayonnaise.. it was so creamy.. I enjoyed this a bowl full.. Thank you for this recipe..

Sweet Potatoes are great post a work out. I tossed come cranberries and dried fruits into this recipe and it came out good.
