I was looking for a quick and easy way to make paneer makhani without the fuss of complicated steps when I stumbled upon this recipe. This is one of the easiest paneer makhani recipes I can make for my family or for when company comes over. It is close to a restaurant style without the added calories! Yes, there is butter, but only a little bit and I used low-fat milk and the recipe did not taste different. I will definitely be making this more often!
