gajar aur moong dal ki chaat.. this salad is very different.. nice and chatpata... i made this salad for dinner with a hot cup of soup.. every bite has the taste of raw mango.. mint leaves.. and the back taste of the tempering..

Lovely Moong dal and carrots chaat tossed with amchut and mint to give a sweet and sour taste. My daughter had a whole bowl of this.
