I love the flavour of red capsicum. This pasta recipe has an amazing flavour of it. The sauce is something different from the red sauce pasta we generally have. Nice recipe overall. Worth giving a try.

I had not thought of a red capsicum sauce, but I tried it and it was truly amazing. I added a few veggies like corn, carrots and green capsicum also to the pasta to make it more wholesome.
