Hello,I loved the idea of recipe videos and step by ste p instructions.I wanted to know in Chinese Bhel, should we add cornflour to the boiled hakka noodles before deep frying them .Will it help?

These Noodles i always make and store, They can be used for Chinese bhel or even on soups like manchow,. They stay fresh in an air tight container for atleast 10 days.
