This was an amazing recipe.. I tried adding some grated coconut also for taste. The panki turned out non greasy and light..also it is very quick to make if you have all ingredients other you. To save banana leaves, we can make multiple Pankis in same leaf as well.

We don''t get banana leaves.. what is the alternative for banana leaves? Please suggest

Tarla Dalal    Hi Shweta, You can try like putting the batter in a dhokla plate and steaming it and seeing for a few minutes.

This is something new. Panki with corn and coriander is a real good combination. The panki has the perfect taste of corn with the coriander. It is soft and delicious..

Pankis are a favourite of my husband so I love trying variations...this variation of corn and coriander taste really very nice..
