Tasted good. Adding salt to the rice while cooking is better than adding it at the end.

Coconut Rice ek south indian dish hai magar hum log north indian wale kabhi kabhi iss recipes ko change the test ke liye pakate hai aour pasade bhi karte hai

Coconut rice, a nutty flavoured rice.. with lots of coconut.. and dal added in the temprering, gives a good flavor to the rice. I always make this when i am in a hurry.
