Tarla Dalal Hi, You can bake in an convection oven. Set the oven at given temperature as per the recipe and bake it. If you still find it is underbaked you can increase timings by 5 minutes and check.

I tried this recipe and it is just mind blowing. The oats, apple and chocolate chips is a unique combination yet so so delicious. I had 1 cookie and then its difficult to control. They are slightly gooey and chewy but yummy.
