I tried this recipe today with following additions. 2 tsp soaked chana dal I added along with mustard seeds. Also, I don''t have capsicum so I used potatoes in their place. It came out very well. Thanks for your recipe ??

This recipe is perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. The combination of tomatoes, onions and capsicum is great with bread.
