Can I use wheat fl instead of almond powder.

Tarla Dalal    Hi, We have not tried using wheat flour. Also, the anjeer and almond complement each other very well so, we would suggest you use the same.

Can I replace milk powder with Oats powder or Wheat/Nachni flour?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, The milk powder gives a luxuriant and rich mouthfeel. We haven''t tried cooking with oats powder or any other flour so, don''t know how it would turn out.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Nikki, Milk powder is used for thickness. Do use it , it is available in all super markets.

Anjeer is my favourite and i just loved this recipe to the core.. I made this recipe for the dinner at my place, and you wont believe, my few friends who dosen''t like anjeer also loved this recipe. The sugar is just perfect and the milk powder gives a slight creaminess which make it even more tasty..
