This truly spectacular sundae is a wonderful choice for special occasions.

Ingredients


2 scoops Coffee Ice-Cream
4 to 6 digestive biscuits, crushed
4 to 6 almonds, toastedand slivered
1/2 cup (100 grams) fresh cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 to 2 tbsp Kahlua (coffee liquer)

For the garnish
1 to 2 tbsp grated chocolate
1 to 2 roasted almond (badam) slivers

Method
  1. In a bowl, combine the cream and sugar and whisk till soft peaks form.
  2. Slowly, add the Kahlua and mix gently. Keep refrigerated till required.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the whipped cream into a large ice-cream glass.
  4. Sprinkle half of the digestive biscuits and almonds on top.
  5. Top with a scoop of coffee ice-cream.
  6. Repeat the layers of cream, biscuits, almonds and ice-cream once again.
  7. Serve immediately garnished with the grated chocolate and toasted almonds.
