Hi. I wanted to check - is there an alternative for maida in this receipe - can I use bread crumbs or aara aata?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Binju, You can coat them with breadcrumbs instead of rice flakes. An alternative for maida can be cornflour. You can add some in the mixture and also coat with cornflour and deep fry. It won''t give a similar texture though.

These are potato cutlets with a twist... and a wonderful twist! its really crispy and crunchy because of the coating and the aloo is chatpata and soft! Loved the flavours. It doesn't feel heavy in spite frying! :)
