Ingredients

Method
  1. Tie the curds in piece of thin cloth and hang for 2 hours.
  2. Sprinkle salt over the radish and cucumber and squeeze out the water from both.
  3. Mix the curds, cream, green chillies, radish, cucumber and salt. Chill thoroughly.
  4. Serve cold with wafers and cream crackers.
