Wrapper Dough For Wontons and Crispy Noodles recipe - How to make Wrapper Dough For Wontons and Crispy Noodles

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:     Makes 1 dough

1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp salt
  1. Sieve the flour and salt together.
  2. Add hot water gradually and make a soft dough.
  3. Knead for a while and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Apply oil on your palm and knead the dough until it becomes bouncy and elastic.
  5. Roll out thinly into desired shapes. For wonton wrappers, roll into small circles. For crispy noddles, roll out into a 200 mm. Diameter circle, cut into strips and deep fry in oil until crisp.
