A wonderful blend of prawns, chicken and vegetables with aromatic rice, wonder rice is amazing and should definitely feature ion your special menu list. A non vegetarian delight, the wonder rice offers a complete meal with cereal rice), proteins chicken, prawns) and vegetables.

Ingredients


2 cups rice (chawal)
1 egg
1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania) or celery
Finely chopped spring onion 1/4 cup Chopped cabbage 1/3 cup
Chopped capsicum 1/3 cup
a pinch of M.S.G
Cooked shredded chicken 1/2 cup
Cooked chopped prawns 1/2 cup
White pepper 1/2 tsp.
Soya sauce 4 tbsp.
Chili sauce (optional) 1 tsp.
Finely chopped spring onion tops 1/2 cup
Small pieces of mixed fresh fruits (apple, lichi, mango, pineapple)
1/2 cup Small pieces of fried cashewnuts
2 tbsp. Small pieces of blanched
2 tbsp fried almonds (badam)
4 tbsp oil
salt to taste
