Whipped cream can be made using the fresh cream readily available in local dairies. Use it to lure your kids to the delicious cakes you bake!

400 gms fresh cream
4 to 5 tbsp icing sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence

  1. Chill the cream for at least 2 hours as the cream has to be very cold for whipping.
  2. Put it into a bowl and beat until it doubles in volume and forms soft peaks.
  3. Carefully fold in the sugar and vanilla essence.
  4. Serve with any dessert or use as a garnish.
