250 grams - wheat
200 grams -sugar
1/2 liter-creamed milk
dry fruits for garnishing
one pinch of salt
saffron -1/4tea spoon
green elachi for taste
- Soak the wheat for an hour and blend in mixur for one minutes.the upper layerof wheat will come out.
- Put the wheat in pressure cookerand put three glass water and take ten wistles
- Then put milk mix it well low the flame of gass after ten minutes add sugar ,salt dry fruits,saffron,elichi.
- Garnish it with dry fruits.
- And surve it.
