This quick-to-prepare juice is a wonderfully refreshing energiser. Watermelon, filled with 90% water, is low in fat and the addition of mint gives a perfect lift to the taste of watermelon. Skim milk powder has been used to add protein and calcium to the diet while avoiding the fat.
- Blend all the ingredients except the mint in a liquidiser till it is a smooth purée.
- Add the mint, mix well and serve immediately.
