Ingredients
1 cup Maida
2 teaspoon Yeast
1 teaspoon baking soda
water required amount
tomato sauce
grated cheese
vegetables for toppings
 
Method
Take the yeast and baking soda and mix it with five teaspoons of warm water. Mix it util it is a paste. Mix the paste, some more warm water and maida to make a dough.
and leave it for 10 minutes.

Take the dough and roll it into big ball / balls and make it like roti - round in shape and it should be thicker (atleast 1/2 inch).

Now put the pizza roti in a pan (dosa or chappathi pan). spread butter in the corner and close it with a lid. Put the stove in sim.

Meanwhile take some oil in a pan, add the spices and vegetables required for toppings and fry it until it is boiled.

Once the pizza roti is fluffy, take the vegetable fry and grated cheese and spread it on the roti.

now the delicious roti is ready. use sauce for serving along with pizza.

This is very delicious like the one we get in pizza hut. Since yeast and baking soda is added the roti will be fluffy and also be boiled nicely inside.

This pizza does not require microwave oven.
