Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes
Serves / Makes : 6 person
 
Ingredients
250 gms dried yellow vatana
2 inch ginger
4 green chillies
salt to taste

for garnishing
3 large potatoes

for chaat masala
1tea spoon roasted jeera powder
1tea spoon black salt poedered
half tea spoon salt
half tea spoon red chilli
powder



powder
two tea spoon amchur powder
 
Method
soak vatana overnight
next day take ginger chilli green add salt in enough water fo it to soak put them in cooker
give it 5 whistle
it willboiled thoroughly dry water

grate potatoes
fry them

this is supposed to be served hot now take boiled vatana mixture garnish with potatoe lacha
sprinkle chat masala as required
