Preparation Time : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 15mins
Serves / Makes : 4
 
Ingredients
Half kg raw mangoes
Sugar-to taste
Rock salt-to taste
Ground jeera powder-½ tsp
Mint leaves-a few
 
Method
Peel and wash mangoes.
Cut mangoes into pieces.
In pressure pan, putin mango pieces along with the seeds and boil for 5 mins.
Let it cool and then strain.
Add sugar,salt and jeera powder.
Cool in fridge.
When chilled servein tall glass with a few mint leaves floating on top.
Excellent for a hot summer!!
