Veggie Cream Cheese Canapés

Ingredients


5 brown bread slices, lightly buttered

To be mixed together for the topping
1 tsp finely chopped dill (shepu / suva bhaji)
3/4 cup grated low fat paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp fresh low fat curds (dahi)
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

For the garnish
a few olive slices
few sprigs of dill (shepu / suva bhaji) leaves

Method

  1. Trim the edges of the bread slices.
  2. Spread the topping evenly over the buttered side of the bread slices.
  3. Cut each slice into 2 triangles, and serve garnished with the sliced olives and dill sprigs.
