These refreshing veggies (carrot, spinach, parsley, celery) combine to make a super juice rich in fibre to keep a check on blood sugar. Carrots and spinach have been credited with zinc that aid in increasing the hdl (good cholesterol) cholesterol levels and diminishing the likelihood of blood clots and heart disease in diabetics. Being rich in potassium, this drink is a boon for diabetics with hypertension (high blood pressure) as it helps to balance the high sodium levels.

Carrots, parsley, spinach and celery make an energizing juice. Nice strong aroma and taste of carrots with the tangy taste of lemon juice.
