225 gms cabbage
225 gms onions
100 gms carrot
100 gms french beans
1 capsicum
150 gms boiled noodles
1 tsp soy sauce
4 tbsp refined oil
salt to taste

To Serve
chillies in vinegar
chilli sauce

  1. Cut all the vegetables into long thin strips.
  2. Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles, soya sauce and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.

  1. If you like, sprinkle some fried noodles on top just before serving.
