So quick and simple to make.
- Cut all the vegetables into long thin strips.
- Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the noodles, soya sauce and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
- If you like, sprinkle some fried noodles on top just before serving.
