Kids love all things colourful! that is what made me choose coloured pasta for this dish, and of course rest assured the veggies will boost your kids’ nutrient meter for the day!
- Heat the butter in a non-stick pan, add the garlic, onions and capsicum and sauté for 3-4 minutes while stirring continuously.
- Add the broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, green chillies and sauté again for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the pasta, cheese, milk and salt and mix well. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or till the cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
