- Soak soya in hot water for 10 min .add salt to water and boil in the same water for 10-15 min .
- For the gravy :
- Make a fine paste of onion, ginger ,garlic, chillies and coriander.
- Heat oil in a pan,add the paste to the oil and fry till gravy is fried and oil is released. add chopped or pureed tomato to the gravy and cook for 1-2 min. add salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala and the cooked soya flakes/chunks. mix all ingredients and add 1/2 cup water and pressure cook for 1 whistle.cut the boiled egg into rings and
