Ingredients

Method

  1. Wash the vari rice and drain out the water.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds and chopped chillies.
  4. Add the vari rice & saute for two minutes.
  5. Add salt & water let the rice cook.
  6. When rice is cooked mix in the peanut powder.
  7. Garnish with grated coconut and corriander.
  8. Serve hot with curd.
