Ingredients

Method
  1. Soak the urad dal in water for 1 hour.
  2. Boil water with the turmeric powder and salt, add the urad dal and cook till it becomes tender. Strain to remove excess water.
  3. Soak the fried paneer pieces in warm water for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat the oil in a tava and fry the onion for 1 minute.
  5. Add the shahjeera and fry for a few seconds.
  6. Add the tomato, green chillies and chilli powder.
  7. Add the dal, coriander and fried paneer pieces.
  8. Serve hot.
