Prepare Upma with semolina and vegetable and serve hot as breakfast. The suji or rawa are roasted and cooked with onion, mustard seeds, curry leaves, lime juice and chopped coriander leaves. An excellent fiber rich snack item, Upma is easy to prepare and delicious.
sabse pehle suji lo aur usko

oil mein seke bad mein usme
dhoda sa pani dale aur phir
ose bhi dhodi der hilane
ke bad usme dhodi si moong ki
dal aur mirchi,namak,dhania,
aalo,tomato,and other vegetables,than takeit inot dishes and serve it.
