Luscious and delicious. Use this dressing with other fruit combinations to make delightful variations.

1 large can (850 grams) peaches
6 ripe bananas
3 cucumbers
1/3 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)
3 potatoes, boiled

For decoration
1 head lettuce
a few orange slices
few walnuts (akhrot), chopped

For the dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup fresh cream
3 tsp chilli sauce
salt to taste

  1. Cut the vegetables and fruits into small cubes.
  2. Mix and chill in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, cream, chilli sauce and salt.
  4. Drain the fruits and vegetables. Add the dressing and the walnuts and mix well.
  5. Chill thoroughly.
  6. Arrange the salad on a bed of lettuce and decorate with orange slices and walnuts.
  7. Serve chilled.

  2. Use 1 teacup seedless grapes, 1 teacup orange segments, 6 bananas and 1/2 teacup chopped walnuts with the same dressing and decoration as above.
