Triple Schezuan Rice

Ingredients


2 cups Chinese Rice
1 cup chopped boiled hakka noodles
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp chopped celery
1 cup sliced mixed vegetables (carrots, capsicum, cabbage)
2 to 3 orange - red colour
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1/2 cup Schezuan Sauce

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a wok over a high flame, add the garlic and sauté till it turns golden in colour.
  2. Add the celery and vegetables and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the Schezuan sauce and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the rice, noodles, orange-red colour and salt and mix well.
  5. Toss for a few seconds till all the ingredients are mixed. Serve hot.

A universal favourite in my family, this recipe works wonders! it doesn't make it too red like you get in restaurants..thats what i likd best about it! extremely tasty and not that tough to make!
