This smoothie comprises of different fruits in three different colours that is red,green,and orange ,hence the name is traffic light smoothie is given.

Preparation Time:     Makes 2 to 3 servings

For The Red Smoothie
1/2 cup chopped plums
1/2 cup chopped cherries
2 tbsp sugar

For The Green Smoothie
1/2 cup green chopped kiwi
1/2 cup chopped green apple
pinch green food colour
2 tbsp sugar

For The Orange Smoothie
1/2 cup chopped gold kiwi
1/2 cup chopped mangoes
1 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp sugar

For the red smoothie

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth and keep aside.

For the green smoothie

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.

For the orange smoothie

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.

How to serve

  1. In a serving glass first put the green smoothie level it and don't disturb the smoothie.
  2. Top with the orange smoothie and level it and don't disturb this too.
  3. Lastly, put the third layer of red smoothie and level it.
  4. The three colours of the traffic light are clearly visible.
  5. Serve chilled.

Nice recipe, the same was shown in ETV Gujarati Rasoi Show few months back,can u pl give some more recipes of rasoi show? becaue I am not able to watch the show regularly, one of the other Member Ankita also is interested in Rasoi Show recipes.
