A healthy and delicious breakfast or meal recipe, Tomato omelette are prepared from a batter comprising of besan, maida, sooji and chopped onions. The batter is spread like an omelette and relished with ketchup.
- In a small bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients and make into a thick dough using 1 cup of water.
- In a blender, combine the tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves. blend on low speed.
- Then add your thick dough slowly to the blended mixture.
- Blend on a low speed for 2 min.
