There is no comparison of the freshly homemade Tomato ketchup with the one available at the stores. The seasonal plump toamtoes are made into a sweet and spicy ketchup with this recipe and can be enjoyed for weeks as desired.
- Frist in the deep pen take 2 glass of water and put the tomatoes and ginger in it cook for 10 minutes
- Then cool it and grind it .then put it again in the pen and add sugar ,salt and white venigar and cooke for about 15 minutes.
- And the cool it and store in the air tight bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
