Ingredients

4 tomatoes
10 pcs ginger (adrak)
2 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
vinegar
2 glasses of water
Method

  1. Frist in the deep pen take 2 glass of water and put the tomatoes and ginger in it cook for 10 minutes
  2. Then cool it and grind it .then put it again in the pen and add sugar ,salt and white venigar and cooke for about 15 minutes.
  3. And the cool it and store in the air tight bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
