An ideal starter for the cheese lovers.
- Cut the French bread diagonally and apply butter lightly to the bread.
- Mix the cheese, milk and 1 tablespoon of water and cook on a slow flame until the cheese melts.
- Arrange the tomato slices on the bread and top with the cheese mixture. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
