Ingredients


1/2 cup chopped apples
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp honey
4 to 6 ice-cubes

Method
  1. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Remove, peel,deseed and chop into pieces.
  3. Add the apple and honey and blend in a blender with 3/4 cup of water till it is smooth. Do not strain.
  4. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

A good combination of apples and tomatoes…Everyone in my family loved and appreciated the uniqueness of this recipe. It’s like an instant energy booster to start your day. I always have this drink when I really do not have time for an elaborate breakfast.
